The apartment house stands in the foothill village of Pavčina Lehota, in the immediate vicinity of the beautiful Demänovská dolina valley. It houses four separate, fully equipped studios and apartments. Each studio (apartment) has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet, an equipped kitchenette and its own balcony, and provides comfortable accommodation in rooms furnished in a pleasant country style. All rooms are fitted with soundproof doors. A shared lounge for 13 people with an LCD TV and a fully equipped kitchen is available to all the apartments.
In the magical Liptov region you can enjoy views from the mountain peaks, discover the underground beauty of the caves, walk through the valleys or admire the surrounding scenery from the saddle of a bike. Liptov offers you endless ways to spend your holiday. Marked hiking trails, perfectly groomed ski slopes in the nearby Jasná ski resort in the Nízké Tatry mountains, the Ski Areál Žiarce just a few minutes away (in summer a Fun park with a summer bobsleigh track), water parks, cycle paths, attractions, cultural and historical monuments or the popular fishing on the Liptovská Mara reservoir. Families with children, demanding hikers, passionate skiers, water sports enthusiasts and cycling fans will all find what they are looking for, as will those who love taking it easy and doing sweet nothing.

How can I book a stay and make a payment?
- By clicking on a free-unoccupied week you choose the arrival date and in the order you fill in number of weeks, number of persons and other necessary data.
- After you send the order you will be displayed the booking confirmation including the summary of information, where are you confirmed that for a period of 5 weekdays after sending the order your booked staying is temporarily reserved for you.
- The definite reservation of the staying is accomplished on the day of receiving a pre-payment on the agency´s bank account.
- After the agency receives the pre-payment you will be sent by post or e-mail the "Confirmation about receiving the first payment".
- The after payment is paid before your arrival on the agency´s bank account. You receive the application for the after payment cca 6 weeks before the arrival. In case the number of days between the date of your order and arrival date is 50 and less, the amount of the pre-payment equals the total price of the staying.
